THE CON360MASTERY™ HUMAN BECOMING CHALLENGE

Five Sessions in Conflict Recognition, Self-Governance, and Deliberate Change

In-Person Instruction for Individuals, Groups, and Organizations

Who is constructing the person you are becoming? Our experiences, relationships, environments, and repeated responses contribute to the lives we build. Through guided instruction, discussion, and practical assignments, we will examine those influences and practice more deliberate participation in our own becoming.

I am Grandmaster Ralph Anthony Kemmerlin, Sr., Master Conflictologist and founder of CON360 LLC. I invite you to work with me in person through the CON360MASTERY™ Governing Architecture of Human Becoming™: Construction → Deconstruction → Reconstruction → Transformation → Becoming.

THE FIVE SESSIONS

Session One: Construction: What Has Been Building You?

Before we can direct our becoming, we must examine our construction. We will explore how experience, environment, and repetition contribute to the patterns we bring into daily life. Using the Law of Incoming and Outgoing™ and the Trilogy Awareness Equation™, A = Sₑ + Sᵢ + T + sm, representing Self-Awareness, Situational Awareness, Tactical Awareness, and Somatic Mindfulness, we will practice noticing ourselves, our surroundings, our options, and our bodily signals.

Your practice: Complete a Human Laboratory Inventory identifying recurring influences, responses, and habits you want to examine.

Session Two: Deconstruction: What Needs to Be Examined?

A familiar response deserves examination when it repeatedly produces an unwanted outcome. We will use the Trichotomy Conflict Equation™, C = N × E × e, representing Conflict, Negativity, Exchange, and Energy, as a framework for examining how a difficult encounter develops. The Law of the Second™ will focus our attention on moments when an exchange changes direction and a different response becomes possible.

Your practice: Complete an evidence audit and Second of Choice timeline for one everyday conflict, identifying what contributed to its escalation and a moment when you could have interrupted your participation.

Session Three: Reconstruction: What Will You Practice Instead?

Recognizing a pattern gives us a starting point; practicing an alternative gives us a direction. We will apply the Interruption Protocol, Recognize → Regulate → Reorient → Respond, to situations that commonly provoke automatic reactions. The Emotional Thermostat Model™ will help us examine Power and Control, Empathy and Respect, and Change and Acceptance as we consider how to respond with greater deliberation.

Your practice: Create a deliberate response plan for one recurring situation, including an early warning signal, a brief pause, and a specific alternative action.

Session Four: Transformation: What Are Your Repetitions Producing?

The actions we repeat deserve as much attention as the intentions we announce. We will apply the SAROTTU™ Principle, Small Actions, Repeated Over Time, Transform Us, to one practical commitment. We will also examine the Six Manifestations of Energy, Vibration → Respiration → Thought → Emotion → Expression → Action, as a CON360MASTERY™ framework for observing how internal experience finds expression in behavior.

Your practice: Develop a seven-day SAROTTU™ commitment with one small action, a clear cue, and a simple record of your follow-through.

Session Five: Becoming: What Direction Are You Choosing?

Becoming asks us to evaluate our direction through the choices we continue to make. We will bring the five sessions together through a Final Self-Governance Audit. The Karmatic Destination Model™, KD = D + A + KL, representing Descending, Ascending, and Karmic Loop, will provide a framework for reflecting on patterns that move us downward, support growth, or return us to familiar outcomes.

Your practice: Complete your audit and establish a thirty-day plan for one pattern to deconstruct, one response to reconstruct, and one discipline to sustain.

WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE

Across the five sessions, you will develop a Human Laboratory Inventory, an evidence audit and Second of Choice timeline, a deliberate response plan, seven-day SAROTTU™ practice, and a Self-Governance Audit with a thirty-day continuation plan. These exercises give you a practical way to carry the teaching into your relationships, work, and daily decisions.

WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDER

Individual instruction provides focused discussion and guided application to a participant’s selected learning objectives. Group sessions provide shared instruction, practical examples, and facilitated discussion. Organizational training is arranged around the audience, professional setting, and agreed educational objectives.

The complete Challenge follows five sessions, with workbook practice between meetings. Fees, dates, times, location, and included materials are confirmed by written proposal. The five-session participant workbook is included in the Human Becoming Challenge training fee. Published books are optional purchases. Selected workshops may also be arranged with their scope clearly identified.
